Bluefin tuna: the mark of a great traveler!

An association dedicated to scientific tagging for the survival of the species. Join the MTR Royan team in its biologging missions.

As part of its fisheries research, Ifremer is partnering with MTR (Mission Thon Rouge) operations to tag and release bluefin tuna, which will help improve knowledge of this population and provide data to the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT).
